TBH i have no idea – but have watched evening groups 2-3 Blackhawk helos circa Madison for weeks now not knowing any particular reason why they would be flying around that area.
In due course I have a feeling we're going to find out . . .
BTW the many AZAZ0909 flights we have monitored are US Army Cessna Citations. Small exec jet holds about 8 persons. Airport size question irrelevant here.
