i know it sounds like new age bullshit - but i have seen it work wonders personally.. it only works if you genuinely feel the emotion though - emotions are paramount.. both sides of the brain are meant to work in harmony - left brain logic + right brain intuition and emotions. bias towards the left is limiting in terms of seeing the bigger picture
