I'm lost, is this saying the trip codes are easy to crack?
the 23 didn't signify an important event. The number 32, if i'm correct, is symbolic in some way to the elite and flipping that to make 23 is a sly way of saying "we're not playing your game anymore" to the deep state.
I wish I could give more detail, but I don't remember all the symbolism and details about it. Maybe Q can shed some light on it.
