I don't know too much about the tech claims but I'd think it'd probably mostly true since it can be verified. The rest of the pastebin text is total bullshit though.

RE crypto stuff, the only thing I don't understand, assuming it's true, is why they didn't just hack and spam as Q early on so trust in him would have been much slower to build if possible at all. Oh well wasted oppertunity, traitors. But something to think about when that rope gets put around your neck.
