So anons, has trump 1) told NSA et al to stop unconstitutional 4th amendment violations ala mass surveillance? 2) abided by the constitution by getting congress to declare war instead of abusing the 2001 aumf? 3) legalized marijuana and/or other drugs in order to stop the 3letter black budget income stream? 4) pardoned non-violent drug offenders 5) ordered the SEC/DOJ to prosecute any bankers etc? 5) shown that he leads the DoD instead of the other way around? 6) given a proper state of the union? 7) fought against the three letters inserting backdoors into every electronic device you own in violation of the 3rd amendment? 8) ordered the DOJ to stop abusing plea deals to put innocents in jail and to stop jailing people for years without trial in violation of the 6th amendment? 9) worked to reduce forced arbitration clauses that violate the 7th amendment right to trial by jury? 10) ordered reform of the private prison system which is egregiously in violation of the 8th amendment? 11) fought partisan gerrymandering and other voter manipulation techniques that are perpetrated by both the R's and the D's? 12) Fought to return the constitutional power of money to congress and away from the fed? 13) addressed the fact that the 16th amendment is unconstitutional due to being improperly ratified?

Yeah I think its a violation of both, because the surveillance it mostly at core nodes, but with so many backdoors in property we own I think it also counts as a violation of the 3rd.
