Federal Procurement site has a 'report' on Haiti contracts. It's unwieldy (on purpose) and there is no preview capability. Yeah, I clicked that shit.
While looking at one of the vendors I found this other website which may be of interest. (I was looking at the Berger Group from the Haiti contract list.)

There is a specific tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet for Haiti Contracts. Looks like a happy hunting ground for groups we've already loooked at.
