there were no roths on either vehicle.

the helicopter had a flight plan which followed a large figure 8 from the airfield over the roths' property. the logs show that it set down back at the airport, took off, and then immediately after, the plane took off in pursuit.

it turned, climbed, accelerated, and dove into the heli, which never wavered.

news reports indicated a comms blackout during the time of the collision, 3 planned windows.
