I remember reading about this happening, but I had not actually heard her say it until now.

She was laughing throughout the whole thing, but did NOT want to "create a culture that Celebrates LIFE" because she is dead inside, she wouldn't know what that even means.
She was also laughing because at this point in her life, she actually thought she was going to become the next POTUS. Can you imagine what she was thinking at this time?
When Mr. Trump was pointing out all the media outlets and newspapers that were there that night that were her chearleaders, she had the look of utter pride on her face! She thought she was going to win! How sad!
