Definitely isolated as far as the Q stuff goes. Too painful to watch friend's eyes glaze over when talking about this stuff… stopped many months ago even trying. I DO share very specific important facts with them and family, bc I want them to be informed. But discussions and all the daily stuff? Hell no. Just us nerds.
