The correct answer is get the narcan. By the time medics arrive 5-10 minutes, that dude stops breathing and heart follows suit. Nothing wrong with that part of it. Problem is you don't know what they are cutting shit with. Get carfentanyl instead of fentanyl, there's not enough narcan to reverse that you're toast.

Next question, why have narcan for something prescribed for "Back pain'. It doesn't pass my smell test. Been a Paramedic for 25 years last 4-5 really bad with the overdoses. I have yet to see someone OD to the point of needing narcan for Oxy. Doesn't mean he didn't crush it and snort it; which is actually a quicker route to the blood stream. Yeah, this will be one to keep an eye on.
