seconded.
I cut out grains and sugars about two months ago. just meat and veggies. irritable bowels are irritable no more and I've dropped about 25 pounds in that time. fewer aches and pains, fewer headaches.
if i decide that I can't resist a donut, I know I'll feel like hell for a couple of days.
ymmv, but I doubt it.
