question about RICH and Sea-Tac Airport

is there GROUND CONTROL a Sea-Tac (monitors taxi ways and such) ??

1.. where is the AUDIO of RICH asking for permission to TAXI to the RUNWAY??

2.. was there a queue of planes in front of him waiting to takeoff ??

wouldn't the abnormal taxi of a large plane CAUSE a RED FLAG and SCRAMBLE SECURITY to block the planes PATH???

TOWER or GROUND could have just told the plane in front of him.. to WAIT in PLACE..

and let SECURITY surround the plane in question..

but look he did a barrel roll (distraction / attraction event)
