What if the Seatac incident was the black hats, hijacking an empty airplane, and…
a) crashing it on Whidbey to finger the Q movement as being lunatics willing to hijack a plane and crash on Whidbey, like the "release the memo" dam guy but worse. Consider, for example, some of the odd dialogue ("Nah I'm a white guy" and "they've probably got anti-aircraft"). Audio was faked in this scenario.
b) use the plane in a terrorist attack, perhaps against Russian assets or property in the area, something that could spark a war with Russia. In this scenario, white hats must have taken control and done a controlled crash. Why Whidbey though? We don't believe in coincidences.
