Where are all of the pictures of the plane crash on Ketron Island?

Seems very odd… no MSM pictures of crash , wings, tail, engines, etc

This is the only one I could find, and where are the plane parts?

Looks more like the trees were taken out with C4… notice the fractures look more like an explosion than a collision
