PROMIS computer program I think this is the computer program life log in the early days of the late 80's and early 90's.

The Prosecutor's Management Information System (Promis) is a database system developed by Inslaw Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based, information technology company.

Promis was first developed by Inslaw during the 1970s under contracts and grants from the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (LEAA). These guarantees gave the government licenses to use the early versions of Promis but not to modify them, or to create derivative works, or to distribute Promis outside the federal government. By 1982, because of strong disagreements over a fee-incentive, Modification 12 Agreement to the original contract, the United States Department of Justice and Inslaw Inc. became involved in a widely-publicized and protracted lawsuit (see: Inslaw Inc. v. United States Government); however, what follows is intended to be an article on What Promis Is and How Promis works.

What is Promis?

Designed as a case-management system for prosecutors, PROMIS has the ability to track people. "Every use of PROMIS in the court system is tracking people," said Inslaw President Hamilton. "You can rotate the file by case, defendant, arresting officer, judge, defense lawyer, and it's tracking all the names of all the people in all the cases."

What this means is that PROMIS can provide a complete rundown of all federal cases in which a lawyer has been involved, or all the cases in which a lawyer has represented defendant A, or all the cases in which a lawyer has represented white-collar criminals, at which stage in each of the cases the lawyer agreed to a plea bargain, and so on. Based on this information, PROMIS can help a prosecutor determine when a plea will be taken in a particular type of case.

But the real power of PROMIS, according to Hamilton, is that with a staggering 570,000 lines of computer code, PROMIS can integrate innumerable databases without requiring any reprogramming. In essence, PROMIS can turn blind data into information. And anyone in government will tell you that information, when wielded with finesse, begets power. Converted to use by intelligence agencies, as has been alleged in interviews by ex-CIA and Israeli Mossad agents, PROMIS can be a powerful tracking device capable of monitoring intelligence operations, agents and targets, instead of legal cases.

Replacing the Federal Reserve with gold is a strange solution, as the Rothschilds/Payseurs have all the gold, and the debt-money system is in need of a reset. Eloquent words that time has shown to be misunderstood at the surface level as in my experiences attempting to engage with government at the state and federal levels in order to 'do for my country' exactly what both had said needed doing, which both said would be a great thing to make real. Until in 2008, when I actually did something for my country.

Upon informing the previous administration of our innovation, the stream of BIG promises of help on the surface metamorphosed into cronyism with a side order of pay-to-play. But, we simply couldn't pay and wouldn't have even if we could. Based on the following 8 years, to say that Obama took our inability to bribe him personally is an understatement. Suppression of all types, kinds and sorts came and went for the remainder of the prior administration….and beyond.

Communicating with the Oval Office has since 2009 consistently demonstrated to be at best unreliable. With a legion of Deep State sympathizers presumed to still be working in the low-level functionary role, I have no confidence in the people there as I have sent a fair number of letters there and never saw any indication (like a reply) that any were ever received. A small snail-mail avalanche has been in the preparation stage for almost a year. Then….

On April 19th, I went to the WH website and thought I would entertain myself by trying to contact President Trump electronically yet one more time. Just for giggles (since it was my birthday), why not?

On April 22nd, A miraculous event came to pass. I was shocked and surprised to receive my first reply from the WH, ever. It says, 'Thank you for taking the time to write. White House staff will review your correspondence shortly.' I wasn't very eloquent as I was trying to cram over 20 pages describing the situation in detail into about a page and a half. It doesn't flow well. I pray it will be enough to open the door.

The message to President Trump contains a number under my name in the salutation not usually included. That number was included to expedite the background check process all WH visitors on business have to go through as I do directly request an invitation to the WH to negotiate a great deal for the thousands of young people in my field indirectly betrayed by POTUS 44 because POTUS 44 did directly betray me individually as well as my company.

My situation requires that I must know ASAP if I need to continue with sending X number of copies of the well written letter in excess of 20 pages, or if I have actually been heard and the intent is to engage.

There are plenty of clues in this post to enable figuring out who I am and all of the rest of it. Confuse the world and tell me all is moving forward and understood by including the phrase, '…nudge nudge, wink wink…' in an upcoming Q post. If I don't see it. I'm buying a lot of stamps, and breaking some poor mailman's back. Again, I have no choice but risk applying the squeaky wheel principle to a sitting US President without landing in prison on a charge of being bothersome in the first degree if I am to ever get my life back after being punished for doing my patriotic duty. This US Attorney Durham’s background is complex and some of the things…even from a high pass Wikipedia perspective are as interesting as they re nuanced.

Having experienced the affects of hiring an attorney fight Foreclosure and to prove that the Banksters had induced me to default in order to qualify for HAMP, getting my payments up-to-date within 6 weeks, being harassed daily by phone and attempting to communicate to point out their broken system of crediting my account, and then learning that my mortgages and notes had been changed/altered/forged after the Closing, and lots more, I hired an attorney to represent me.

Although the attorney did prove that I was not behind in my payments, he did not provide any proof on my behalf and never objected, nor did he request that the originals be delivered prior to the trial beginning. Then, after my Appeal was filed the homestead was sold which was against the laws as I read them - no, I am not an attorney and have never studied law.

So, now it is time to claim bankruptcy and the paperwork is again so complex it is advised to hire an attorney!

How is this legal system arranged so money is spent only to loose? Why does money have to be taken from my pocket only to have no facts come out and I am proven to be a liar and crook because the lawyer tells me that all my original documents are lawyer-client privilege during the deposition, just a few days before trial?

How come the legal library for the public is closed to the public during the height of the foreclosure era?

How does someone hire an attorney to represent them?

How does one know that the attorney does represent them?

Why is it that what I read in the Law is not really how the system and courts truly operate?

How can anyone prove to me that the whole system is not a HOAX?

Looking at the number of steps (estimating 20), the landing at the bottom and more steps leading further below I would estimate 40-50' below the surface. Rough swag at the angle of the steps to be 35*. Whatever company did the excavation used a lot of machinery or bang to get through that rock. Is there be a permitting process for the islands, architect plans, records of barges/helos used to ferry workers and heavy equipment, debris removal, etc.? I had a car accident last year and have drill been unable to recuperate.

Basically I need help. I lost my citizenship paperwork and need to get it renewed. I need to get a copy of my registration but I need to pass emissions. My car needs work done to pass emissions. People suffering with Lyme disease could be closer to knowing whether the chronic illness impacting an estimated 300,000 or more people started off as a U.S. biological weapon.

Rep Chris Smith, R-N.J., hopes that knowledge could lead not only to accountability but also a potential cure and greater recognition of the disease.

"My hope is, this jump starts a very aggressive effort to find a cure and see how this (Lyme disease) is growing. It’s pushing out into the Great Lakes area. It’s exploding everywhere," said Smith, a longtime advocate for Lyme disease research. His district is one of the hotbeds for the disease.

The House added a Smith amendment to a federal defense spending bill that would require the Department of Defense's Inspector General to investigate whether the military, between 1950 and 1975, experimented with ticks and other insects to be used as biological weapons.

Investigators will report back to the House and Senate Armed Services committees with the scope of any experiment it finds, including whether any ticks or insects were released into the environment either by accident or on purpose.

The amendment was so widely supported by members of both parties that it was approved with a voice vote. Now the House bill has to be reconciled with a Senate bill that does not include Smith's amendment. Smith is working with Senators to ensure the investigation survives the process.

Smith's push for the federal investigation began after reading "Bitten: The Secret History of Lyme Disease and Biological Weapons," by Stanford University-based science writer Kris Newby.

A theory has been around for a long time that Lyme disease was a Soviet-era biological weapon created in a U.S. government research center on Plum Island and released, either accidentally or intentionally.

Newby's book, however, advances the theory with an interview of the now deceased researcher Willy Burgdorfer, who claimed to have infected the ticks during U.S. military experiments.

"There needs to be significant accountability," Smith said. "This should not be mired in secrecy."

A federal probe could prove or disprove the lingering theory. If true, it would also give ammunition to individuals with chronic Lyme disease, who often face significant battles in getting treatment because it is not widely recognized by the medical community.

The Infectious Diseases Society of America has declined to recognize chronic Lyme disease in its clinical practice guidelines, leaving sufferers to find "Lyme-friendly" doctors, which is not easy.

I NEED to know the name of the Judge who presided over the first Epstein case. Ultimately, I'd like to know who appointed this guy.

The first case never went to trial as far as I understand, because it was settled in a Plea agreement that was negotiated by the now famous Alexander Acosta.

I've tried interneting this information, but haven't had any luck yet. Seems like most search engines are almost entirely manipulated at this point (then again, that's probably always been the case).

Anyway, to reiterate, I'd like the NAME OF THE JUDGE WHO PRESIDED OVER FIRST EPSTEIN CASE AND GRANTED THE PLEA AGREEMENT. If anyone can help me with this, I will then find who appointed said judge and work up from there.
