A mistrial was declared in the Bunkerville Trial on December 20th with the prosecution, headed by Acting US Attorney Steven Myhre, criticized by Judge Navarro for blatant violations of the law.

The violations go to BRADY v. MARYLAND in which the Supreme Court held that the prosecution has a constitutional duty to disclose evidence that is exculpatory to the defense.

We have heard about numerous violations, yet it does not end there. Ryan Bundy filed another motion to dismiss the case on December 19th based on yet another violation by the prosecution.

The government called witness Mary Jo Rugwell, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) District Manager for Southern Nevada from April 2008 through August 2012, to the stand in November. The cross examination revealed several points:

First by Cliven Bundy’s attorney, Bret Whipple:

Whipple: You had a meeting with Mr. Tom Collins and others?

Rugwell: Yes.

Whipple: Do you recall what Mr. Collins said about water rights?

Rugwell: He said he believed Mr. Bundy should have access to water rights.

Whipple: Who owns the water rights on Gold Butte:

Rugwell: I do not know.

Whipple : There were range improvements on each and every spring?

Rugwell: I don’t know. I can’t say that there are range improvements on every spring.

Then, Ammon Bundy attorney, Morgan Philpot followed up with:

Philpot: Did you do any research into stock watering rights.

Rugwell: I did not.

Philpot: Are you aware that Mr. Bundy had stock watering rights?

Rugwell: I’d heard that, but it was not relevant. This was a trespass issue. I never looked into any stock watering rights myself.

And there was redirect testimony by Prosecutor Daniel Schiess:

Schiess: You have been asked about stock watering rights. Do you have any information on who owns water rights?

Rugwell: No, I don’t.

Rugwell was very clear and concise in her testimony:

She knew absolutely nothing about water rights

She never investigated Bundy’s water rights

She did not know who owned the water rights.

However, a man from Arizona happen to request some documents from the Nevada State Water Resources Board that proved Rugwell’s testimony to be false.

Included on these documents was correspondence with Mary Jo Rugwell in 2008. These letters show that not only did Rugwell, in her capacity as head of the BLM in the District, not only investigated Cliven Bundy’s water rights on Gold Butte, but attempted to eliminate them, as well.

Rugwell tried to have Bundy’s water rights canceled simply because he was not a current grazing-permit holder, as recognized by the BLM.

Rugwell’s testimony was clearly intended to convince the jury that Bundy had no rights to use the public lands in question, yet his rights predated the BLM. She knew this as is shown by her prior investigation, of which she denied on the witness stand under oath.

The court orders that are continuously referenced by the prosecution do not authorize the destruction of the water infrastructure and improvements.

These letters prove that the BLM recognized the fact that Cliven Bundy owned vested property rights! He had legal right to use these lands, even though the government does not want the public to understand this.

These letters are exculpatory evidence. By not turning them over to the defense, the prosecution AGAIN violated the Brady rule.

This evidence could have easily been used to impeach the testimony of Mary Jo Rugwell and shown her to be untruthful.

What will Judge Gloria Navarro do now? Will she hold Rugwell up on perjury charges? What about Steven Myhre and Daniel Schiess? They knew her testimony was false when they put her on the stand and elicited these answers. Will they be held accountable?

How many more violations will be uncovered before this case is completely finished?

For purposes of simplification due to the difficulty of discovering these facts for a complete newcomer, Q has hinted that August 30th, 2019 is the first day of the 1260 days. 666 days after the date of this Q post is August 30th, 2019. This can be confirmed with POTUS tweet #1260:

The 8:30 is representative of August 30th, the first day of the 1260 days. In reality, August 29th is the first day, but using "8:29" in a tweet would be far too suspicious.

EST is the timezone which should always be used with Q posts, as it is the timezone in which POTUS resides.

The purpose of the 2442 number seen in the timestamp represents the 2442 days between December 21st, 2012 (End of the 13th Baktun) and August 29th, 2019.

2442 along with many other numbers which make up the timeline of the end times are all derived from Pi, but I won't repeat myself here as I've clearly covered this in the attached informational graphic.

When the sun set this evening, I made my second trip to a dog park within the span of a week. The first trip was rather odd. There was a big fat man by the name of "Phil" who would walk like a robot/zombie in a straight line, passing a little girl in some ritual fashion. There was a black van with tinted black windows that let out a few children. Phil went off to sit on a rock and talk on the phone. It was an odd conversation, he (>40) was like a gossiping school girl "I think they like each other" "it looks like he likes her." It felt like he was talking code to whoever was in that tinted van.

The second trip was a double confirmation. Soon after I walked in, a woman carrying a baby strapped to her chest passed by. Her right arm had a tattoo of a satanic star inside a goat head. Furthermore, she was led (physically, not socially [more slavish]) by a younger african american woman with a tattoo on her right leg (amongst many) of a knife stabbed through… something. They made 1 loop around, walking in front of everyone before leaving.

There was a father figure with a young girl there as well. Phil seemed keen on walking past her, same as last time. The father figure seemed more interested in having the daughter go near other people. The young daughter seemed programmed to stare at her phone and make comments barely audible to the father of isolation & desertion, like she was trained to go off with strangers. She also seemed to be taking orders on where to go and who to be near (dogs, people). I felt tested, where a pedophile would assure them they are in good company.

Then I met a man by the name of "Steve" who had a b&w aussie (tail cut). He was a local the others were familiar with who too frequently mentioned the word 'rabbit' across multiple conversations. No eye contact upon handshake and an immediate assurance that the "weather has been miserable" (it hasn't, more likely code for, 'this guy ain't apart of us'). There was also a pitch frequency that was broadcast later into the evening. It was faint, but strong. I could see poster changes and head movements in a few.

The name of this outskirt Sin City (Valley, near [66]) park is the 'Bark Park' (big dogs section). Both times there were a few 'women' who looked like 'manchins'.

Sidenote: The black tinted van reminds me of Larry Hunt, owner of King Kong Broadcast and a limo company. He is a narcissistic megalomaniac with a loud voice and 'millions of dollars'. He was courting Ryan Bundy (running for Governor of Nevada), promising campaign donations and endorsements (never delivered). His favorite restaurant's called Bootlegger, a red & black Sinatra restaurant that excitingly reminds Larry of 'the mafia'. They treated Larry very nicely. His wide eyed right-hand man goes by the name Blake Walley. Now, while Blake admitted Larry's character is selfish and depressing, he still follows all orders like a good stooge, saying it's just how he is, treating it more like a pitiful disease.

It was there I remember 3 major events: (1) from the restaurant, you can see through big windows into a hallway. There was a middle aged woman manager working for Bootlegger who seemed to be assertively scolding a young waitress with intensity and while holding, swirling & stabbing a knife in front of her! The waitress looked incredibly fearful and distressed, holding back tears and she walked into the restaurant, down the aisle and into the back room. (2) During conversation, Larry seemed to take delight in his youthful looks (red cheeks, adrenochrome), which contradicted his obesity & severe drinking habit (alcoholic), which he said was brought on due to the 'tragic' death of his wife.. (3) Larry wanted to host a fundraising event for Bundy at Bootlegger, which had a side room. It was filled with black tables & chairs, a small stage, and multicolored glow lights. Larry was mesmerized, probably taken back to a past experience. He slouched back, head hanging back, staring into the abyss and said "it's perfect."I turned to Ryan Bundy's wife and said, "what do you think?" She said, "It looks like a pedophile room."
