Rigvir, a Latvia-invented injectable cancer drug, finds itself at the center of fresh controversy after LTV investigative show De Facto revealed vials of Rigvir virus sold to patients appeared to be less than they seem.

The Health Inspectorate and the State Agency of Medicines (ZVA) decided last autumn to test the anti-cancer product Rigvir in the laboratory and the preliminary results have proven to be deeply concerning, reported De Facto March 24.

A sample of Rigvir was sent to an independent laboratory in the United Kingdom. It found that the amount of Rigvir ECHO-7 virus, which is supposed to fight cancer cells, is of a much smaller amount than promised by the manufacturer.

"It's like buying what you think is lemon juice, but finding that what you have is lemon-flavored water," said Guntars Kaspars, ZVA's deputy laboratory director.

Following the results of the first tests, another batch of samples has been sent for testing to the UK, with results expected soon. Meanwhile, Rigvir was removed from sale in Latvia, as recently reported by LSM, though the company said at the time that this was due to "financial reasons" and made no mention of clinical concerns.

"The public should not be worried about some sort of problem, and it does not threaten public health," said Rigvir representative Kristīne Jučkoviča, again insisting that the medication had been pulled from the market as a result of financial restructuring.

According to De Facto, if the findings of the later samples are the same as those of the first samples, the medicine will likely banned from sale in Latvia and excluded from the list of reimbursable medications.

Two years ago, doctors' medical organizations (including the Latvian Oncologists Association) asked for the product to be withdrawn from the list of reimbursable medicines and for its registration in the national medicines register to be withdrawn on the basis that the clinical data supporting its effectiveness was of poor quality and the money spent on Rigvir could more usefully be spent on other cancer treatments. Last year the state contributed around 240,000 euros towards the costs of patients undergoing treatment with Rigvir.

The request was ignored by the Health Ministry and Rigvir has liked to portray itself as a Latvian success story pioneering cancer treatment, despite its lack of necessary clinical certification for sale in the rest of the European Union or the United States.

I heard about CBS's show 'The good fight' put in some subliminal messages on their show that calls for Trump's assassination. They call it an "Easter egg", but it's subliminal messaging. The deep state is obviously showing their true colors. This should be treated as a threat and a call for violence from their audience. I made some connections recently that blew my mind. Realizing I had to organize the information somehow, I started writing a poem, attempting to imitate the style of Alexander Pope. Why present the information as a poem? The reasons are multiple. It is both a shield and a sword. Why imitate Alexander Pope? The reasons run deep. For one, according my interpretation of the system of cyclical history outlined by Yeats in in his A Vision, Pope's era bears a certain relation to our own. The clock-hands of history move both backwards and forwards, and as society is pushed increasingly towards the impending tyranny of the machine, we look and move back to Pope's era as well, a time when the machine-ish spirit was first born. It was the most rational of times, and Pope's rigid style kept poetry locked in the strictest beat, tick-tocking back and forth like clockwork.

Tick-tock– one facet of the symbol. The confrontation can not be averted.

And hence we turn the machine against itself and intend to snip-snap it into submission with the irresistable tick of our couplets' heroics.

The effort to bypass the Electoral College and choose the president via the national popular vote has historically seemed like a long shot. But after an impressive string of legislative victories this year, maybe it should be taken more seriously.

The National Popular Vote initiative aims to create an interstate compact to effectively “abolish” the Electoral College without amending the Constitution. States that join the compact agree to award their electoral votes not to the candidate who wins that state, but to the candidate who wins the national popular vote. (States can do this because there is no national law dictating how they should award their electoral votes; indeed, the Constitution explicitly leaves it to state legislatures to decide.) However, the compact will go into effect only when the states that have signed on are worth 270 electoral votes — enough to ensure that the popular vote winner wins the election.

In the 13 years since the initiative started, support for joining the compact has largely been limited to Democratic-leaning states, probably because the two times in recent history when the Electoral College winner lost the popular vote, the split benefited the Republican candidate. By the end of 2018, the compact had been joined by 12 jurisdictions (11 states and the District of Columbia) that were worth a combined 172 electoral votes. But all of them were safe Democratic jurisdictions, and supporters of the initiative had almost run out of blue states to sign up. There was little indication that they could conscript the purple or red states that the compact needs to take effect.

But then 2019 happened. The compact found three additional states willing to sign on, with three more seemingly on the cusp of doing so. And unlike previous years, the new and pending members include some hard-fought presidential swing states.

As far as we know, the Mueller team HAS NOT SUBMITTED THE FINAL EXPENDITURE REPORT. Why is that important? Because if the Mueller team would lie about our President, they absolutely would lie about how they spent the money.

If the Mueller team used the Special Counsel as a cover in order to make themselves rich, or funnel money to their political friends and allies, then they would either have to 1) document that in the expenditure reports or 2) lie and come up with a way to creatively account for all the money that was spent, even if it is false. Meaning, if the Mueller investigators used the Special Counsel as a slush fund, then they would either have to document that and incriminate themselves, OR they would lie on the expenditure reports and commit a federal crime.

We still don't know how much money the Mueller investigators actually spent or what they spent the money on. At different times, the cost of the investigation has been reported to be 12 million, 20 million, 25 million, 30 million, 35 million, and 40 million dollars. If the government can't properly account for how much money was spent or how it was spent, then all of it raises a huge red flag for possible criminal charges for EMBEZZLEMENT against Mueller and his investigators. 40 million dollars doesn't just disappear.

Who got rich because of the Witch Hunt? That's the one question no one is asking and I think we all deserve to know what the answer to that question is.
