This is in reference to CSTC which is the Children's Inpatient Treatment Facility associated with Western State Hospital, which is near Ketron Island
It is very common for facilities to be named after Islands and Landmarks in the State of WA
Other Cottages in the Program are Camano and Orcas

Not going to say that deep down some rabbit hole some weirdo didn't name the Cottages at the Children Mental Health Facility for some dubious reason, however,
IMO, as someone who has lived in the state my entire life I am saying it is very common to name buildings, structures, facilities after natural landmarks or locations

It is a complete stretch to associate Western State Hospital without something more than they named one of the inpatient cottages after a local island
It is an inpatient facility for disabled children and children with behavioral issues
You have nothing more than a name association
And you outed yourself by attacking someone who is familiar with the state, that facility, it's location and the fact that many many many structures and facilities in the state are named after landmarks as I stated
