Sub base on Ketron seems like a reach. IMO its most likely the Q400 was meant to
1) distract from what the F-15s were doing
2) draw our attention to some fuckery going on there
3) make a direct connection for us to the Richard B. Russel sub
That being said….I was doing some digging months ago on the CIA 'facility' at Diego Garcia. But Ketron has civilian homes, from what I understood in the late night digs.
