There have been a couple of anomalies suggesting they'd be pushing the narrative of Q promising miracle cures for cancer. First is the "Murdered by Q" poster who passed on cancer treatment because Q "promised cures" and now he's dying. After denying any self responsibility for his actions, he decided to petulantly sue us, because that seems like normal person behavior to Jews who crafted this absurd character. There was also an article talking about the Holy Fire arsonist/patsy talking about Q and Miracle Cures for Cancer. It's too oddly specific to not be their next angle.
