Who was J.C. Morris? I could not find any biography or the like about this person, even if she left behind in Alaska. So there is an insurance company and a foundation named Alaska and Ketron Island was bought by this person. Does not seem to have been someone unknown. From the years found, it is possible that the persons full name was Jay Clinton Morris. That is so far but only a speculation and could not be definitely proven by.

There is also an unpublished pamphlet titled "The Romance of Ketron" with references to JC Morris and Don Morris. So, who is Don Morris? His brother? Would be obvious. But I cannot prove the relation yet (but there is a Don Morris, who is President / CEO of Morris Group International).

Anyway, it seems to me that there is a current connection. Ketron Island JC Morris > JC Morris Family Foundation And who does this Foundation help? Exactly: children! However, there are no infos on the website as to who is behind it or what history this Foundation has. Strangely, the website was not registered until February 2018.

Maybe another Anon would like to further dig the Name or knows more about J.C. Morris.
