This is what I'm thinking for now:
Plane is weaponized, on it's way to do the job. (They have the name of the patsy, his bio. his family all set up beforehand [per the usual])
"Our Guys" take control of the aircraft via the nifty little invention HRC has the patent on.
Makes it do some loopty-loops and etch out a "Q" before it's shot down by the fighter plane we see in the vidof 9/11 [If you studied flt93 hard and long - the evidence points to : that it was shot down and bits of it strewn all around. That looks like the case here because there's no plane in the "hole" where it's said to have crashed.]

I'm guessing the base on Whitbey Isle, or the one connected to the sub base near there, connected with the attempt on POtUS life.
Maybe kill witnesses and destroy evidence before it surfaces.
Scheme would be to blow it up and destroy the evidence.
Plan went awry and plane was blown up / brought down over the secret PEDO Isle - to call attention to what was going on there; and to give a wink/ nod to us and to the perps.
