well heres the thing ET use certain shapes so they can be identified as being one of the good guys. The good guys Fly in Golden cube shaped space ship that looks like a rubix cube and another one looks like an upside down pyramid and by upside down I mean the pointy part is facing towards the ground and an upside down one means the opposite of the triangle within a circle and it means love and compassion and protection and prosperity and for example of bad guy ships is the cigar shaped ones and the black triangles with red circles at the bottom and theres even a patent for such craft I suspect for a half assed discolure no less and they have been using such craft since the 1970s.
