I don't think I have the wisdom to fully comprehend this right now. From a down-to-earth standpoint, you can clearly see that beings like Soros or Bush sr. have no place in the higher dimensions in their current state.
If this speaks of venues of discovering the Creation, then it is understood. But to progress to the next "octave" or level of evolution, one must resolve the lessons from the previous level.
It is actually common sense that in this density to be spiritual doesn't mean to be an absolute tryhard giving everything you ever owned to others in an effort to be spiritual. One should love himself (by taking care of himself, eg. by not poisoning the body and mind) and the other beings around him and then it's all good.
