Correction – previously embedded wrong video. Should be snippet of speech POTUS made and in which he announced new slogan for his re-election campaign.
2016 was Make America Great Again.
2020 will be Keep America Great.

But the vid is support for decoding of previous POTUS tweet regarding Coca-Cola Company, the Coke bottle label that appeared at congressional hearing with PS, as per the larger graphic of the decodes.
