I just figured out that the blurring is not done by Bebo but by the reposter "Arkoffusion"
Which is interesting as Arkoffusion;

has 15 uploads yet has 15,000 subscribers?
Why did they take it upon themselves to blur the video? How would they know who to blur and who not to blur if privacy was their concern?
If the blurs are significant
In the beginning the blurs are well tracked to the faces of people descending to the tarmac. This shows that the editor has full control of key-frames. This is a pro skill and makes the later blurs more curious.
Why is someone with such skill so sloppy later on?

The blurs go crazy, there are 6 additional blurs added seemingly for no reason. There are no faces and the next frame is covered by a huge blur that obscures an entire crowd.
