I find the blurs on the video significant

@00:49 - 00:51

GAP, France

The video has a blur in the far left side, this blur is placed so that the next picture that is "wiped" into frame has the faces obscured through the entire time it is onscreen.

two or three people in the background are not obscured, but then in a moment are blured.

This shows that as a video editor, he had the ability to blur their faces as he did with the central figures, but didn't until later.

I just figured out that the blurring is not done by Bebo but by the reposter "Arkoffusion"

Which is interesting as Arkoffusion;

Joined in Aug 7th 2017

is an NBA channel -

has 15 uploads yet has 15,000 subscribers?

Why did they take it upon themselves to blur the video? How would they know who to blur and who not to blur if privacy was their concern?

If the blurs are significant

In the beginning the blurs are well tracked to the faces of people descending to the tarmac. This shows that the editor has full control of key-frames. This is a pro skill and makes the later blurs more curious.

Why is someone with such skill so sloppy later on?

@ 01:37+

The blurs go crazy, there are 6 additional blurs added seemingly for no reason. There are no faces and the next frame is covered by a huge blur that obscures an entire crowd.

I kinda feel that this is a goose hunt. Heres why

I think that Bebo was part of MI, Q arranged that plane to be put on autopilot, Bebo was in position at that particular air port. His job was to run into the cockpit steal the plane, plug in the reciever or upload the software and jump out into the river before the plane went down.

Waiting for him are some navy seals with a respirator. They swim off.

His name is derived from the decommissioned submarine. Its nothing more than that - its a signal that he is Navy right?

> At Navy intel training CO says "Pick a name cadet" you look through some books for an Idea, find a submarine cause its a spy name.
