The point is he is going to remove the automatic disbelief people have when they hear the word "conspiracy".
Whether "theory" is there or not doesn't matter to those people. It's a knee-jerk reaction: Conspiracy = did not happen
So Gaetz says - There was a conspiracy against Trump.
Then CNN can't use the word conspiracy to make people think the memo is nothing important.
They are going to lose their MK Ultra trigger word that is supposed to make the masses disregard certain news stories.
