Pennsylvania supreme court only applies to that state. SCOTUS is part of the federal court system which is entirely separate from the pennsylvania state court system.
One is about state matters (their ballots) the other is about federal maters (if he can actually be pres)
and sorry to disappoint people, but natural born means born from a citizen, OR born on the soil. Immigrants that become citizens can't be prez, but their children can, even if abroad.
The real question is NOT where was oboma born, or even where cruz was born. where where their parents born?
natural born citizen means you where born as a citizen. if either parent, dad or mom was a citizen, the child inherits that on birth, doesn't matter if born on foreign soil. This makes it safe to travel while pregnant and not worry if you child will be a citizen or not. and they might actually get dual birth citizenship's that way depending on birth country.
there are a few catches to that, being mostly that you have to come to the usa and claim it and actually get your documentation, and it also comes with a worldwide tax on your income regardless of where or how you earn it for the rest of your life, we are one of only 2 countries that have that word wide tax.
