Been watching special ops DINGO and HOUND over CONUS on and off all day.

It's unknown what these planes are doing. Surveillance? Picking up/dropping off passengers/prisoners? We are watching E coast cities that have scheduled flites to Gitmo as possible collection points for prisoner transfer. Haven't seen this today but monitoring. Both of these flights were first seen over WY – HOUND 5 hours ago and DINGO 2.5 hrs ago – but their origin is not known.
