This is important and so I’m posting to fresh dough. It is fundamental as to what drives Patriots, as opposed to shills who intentionally misguide.

>>2574631 replies to 2573908 (2573908 claims that conservatives want a constitutional convention.) 2574631 calls bullshit: "RBG already said she would throw out our constitution if given a chance and rewrite it along the lines of Africa's const. Take a look at Africa, you want that? This is a lie. Conservatives DO NOT want this. Just the opposite."

This grand mum’s reply: You are so correct 2574631. They call for a "Constitutional Convention" so they can trash it. It is a CON CON and don't buy it. You want a change to the US Constitution? Then go for one amendment at a time, ratified by the required 2/3 number of Independent States.

How many really understand the beauty of the Constitution? It flipped power on its head (which the UN is trying to flip again. Their puppet masters are the one’s pushing for a CON CON.) The US Constitution ensured power comes from the bottom, from the people. But that power is not in a mob majority kind of way. No. The power comes in a lawful kind of way. “A REPUBLIC, mamm, if you can keep it” kind of way. The Constitution provided for power in a Democratic REPBULIC (NOT to be confused with plain democracy (mob rule)) kind of way.

Here’s a quick allegory: When the mob (democracy-majority rules) wants to lynch him up for an obvious crime, the sheriff who understands the meaning of democratic Republic says, “No. Wait. This accused man is entitled to face his accusers and is entitled to a trial with a jury of his peers in a court of law showing careful and proper evidence which will determine the jury’s verdict.”

And that, in a nutshell my darling anons, is the rule of law vs mob rule (think Antifa trying to do mob rule out on the streets as we speak.)

This is why governors and state legislators are important. We're talking about protecting State sovereignty. Some federal laws are unconstitutional and can rightfully be call "NULL and VOID" by the individual sovereign States. See Thomas Jefferson's Kentucky resolutions.

Ironically, in today's time and debates, one of the few legitimate mandates for the federal government is protection of our borders. So these assholes claiming "sanctuary cities" are fighting against one of the few legitimate powers that the federal government was given by the original signers of the US Constitution, all while they are fighting against Constitutional protections granted to the people (1st , 2nd, 4th Amendments, etc.)
