Please be not proud…..

94:1 ¶ O LORD, the God who avenges, O God who avenges, shine forth.

2 Rise up, O Judge of the earth; pay back to the proud what they deserve.

And we as a nation aught not be proud… Anything good that we have is from above.

Yes we really need his assistance, but if we clean out the rot in our country and are are ourselves proud, we stand on dangerous ground according to God's word.

May we go forward with humility. Selflessly. Although their sins are heinous, ours are also black and are in need of being washed away by a savior.
