God bless you, Q and POTUS. I second those who say: Disclose/reveal to the public as much as possible. There really is no way (truly) forward with out knowledge & truth & reconciliation. We, the People can only grow up and take control of our destiny if we know the true nature of our world. Forgiveness will be necessary (don't want to go back to 1793-94, after all), but no forgiveness should be extended without confession and contrition!
