Heroin was run out of Laos to Vietnamese organized crime. CIA was involved.

Kennedy and Diem had the war won by 1963 and plans were to pull out the Americans. This would have ended the heroin trade. Averall Harriman ordered the hit on Diem in 1963. Harriman was the man that negotiated the Laotian treater in 1958 which allowed for the CIA to start running heroin. Kennedy was hit less than a month after Diem.

1975 Vietnam falls. 1979 Shah is overthrown and heroin moves from Laos to Afghanistan/Iran. Russians take over Afghan and (((Russian))) mob runs the heroin. Bill Browder caught running a "money plane" to Russia from the US to the jewish mob.

The claim of Browder that his Russian tax attorney Sergei Magnitsky was imprisoned and died before trial was trying to fight corruption in Russia is far from the truth. "
