WV is one of the oddest places I've ever visited. Lots of rolling hills, cricks, mud puppies,big ass glow worms, banjos, and toothless grins. Think Deliverance.
Them, too. But ya know, there was something I kind of liked about the state. Liked not enough to live there, but IDK…I think it was the authenticity of the people. No pretensions there.

Find a dentistry college in your state. They usually have a program wherein dental work – particularly "cosmetic" can be done for a fraction of what it would cost. Of course, you're letting students work on your teeth, but that's not always a bad thing.
