We'd arranged lb I'd take it after he set up the new bread, the handoff was just a little weird cuz he didn't do all the protocol we're used to seeing. I hope he bakes again tho, protocol is easy to figure out, but showing initiative/concern for the board/other bakers, sticking things out even when you're irritating anons and they shit talk you (what, here? kek), staying in communication w/anons and spotting bakers, getting the thing baked even tho he had to use the index, that's the bedrock of a good baker. (IMO).

Don't let it get to you, baker. I appreciate that you stepped up. You know how it is here, ppl bitch. Can't please everyone all the time. Most of us that ARE pleased don't say so bc, well, it's human nature not to fix what ain't broke. It's a tough thing we're doing here, all grass-roots so we have to work shit outselves, which would make bitching at each other enough of a problem w/o shills aggravating matters all the time. I sperg out and bitch too much myself, so I can't call fault on that without pointing the finger back at myself. We just have to remember to let shit go and keep our eye on the prize. We're saving the fucking world. Nobody at the controls but us.

Yeah I know, and this is a problem. I'm the worst offender on the bake-too-much front, very hard for me to abandon the kitchen, but if I don't say I'm gonna, new bakers don't wanna step up (cuz yeah, it's hard at first, and you usually take a bit of grumpy comments). So I'm trying to get better there.
But may I ask, since you seem to know your way around the board and how bakers do their thing, do you bake? If not, would you consider learning? We do need new bakers. As difficult as it can be, it's also wonderful. It's a 40,000ft view of things you just don't get posting/digging, hones your focus/discernment too. js

Some confusion in the kitchen. I thought I handed off to AM baker, but without czechs I don't who's an experienced baker and who isn't.

If you're confused, this is what went down:
1) Was a New baker who baked the bread,
2) I was spotting baker (CB), who took the bake back at the start, requested handoff, & an AM baker said he'd take it in a few
3) AM baker just accepted handoff and is now baking.

Can you please post the link where this occurred? I don't see it. If we can't confirm the handoff, it will either revert to me or go AM baker. Below establishes I'm a legit baker:
I am the baker who handed off to a New Baker lb, spotted him while baked, then took it back at the beginning of the bread.
BO was present lb, and this one to finish an edit from pb. He didn't czech me but his response indicates familiarity with the poster/issue
