Possibly relevant/possibly not:
Sub is decommissioned near Whidbey Island / Skunk Bay (for reference, date of the "mysterious object" aka missile launch was early morning, 2018-06-11 (https://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/06/12/mystery-object-spotted-over-washington-state-island-military-denies-missile-launch.html – but see Q post for timezone that may not be a legit source on happenings that day).
Whidbey Island / Skunk bay are somewhat near Ketron island.
Ketron island is a sub base I think. Entrance to sub base is offshore farther than the beach. Check ferry traffic and match to number of houses. Make sense? Sub base could be used to move missiles at least, or worse. Ketron island has mansion on it. Mansion at 10101 Morris Blvd. on Ketron Island was purchased in 2015. Notice anything weird about the [Panic Room]?

That's as far as I went, don't understand. This is from independent thoughts / analysis and searching. Have anons here gone farther on this rabbit hole? Is it worth pursuing?
