He is. To lazy to sauce it for you but he is. What's going on with him isn't simple though. I'm not signed off on anything he's said or done but for some perspective the shill attacks against him were on the level we're dealing with now. And they went on for over a decade. And he was one person who wasn't anonymous. No cover whatsoever. So one at least has to observe that and ask why.
He's a blow hard. But I don't dismiss everything about him like many do. My short analysis is that he hit every tripwire there is while doing some of his very early contact efforts and was legitimately courted, fucked with and everything else by the real elite of the elite but gradually alienated them all, (for whatever reason) and is now cut-off and doing a dog and pony show with all the seminars and "contact" events.
