Yet other's similar to this one claim incomes of between $23,594 - $70,787. Also interesting to note are the other similar charities located in RI (see image). One that caught my eye in-particular is Dorothy and Toto Foundation (Wizard of Oz)! I have also included a state listing through out the country which give the number of these particular kind of charities in each state. What jumps out here is how many exist in CA 1,472, FL 791, NY 784,TX 747, these are among the highest numbers in the country.(see image) Seems as though the focus should be in these states.

Not sure, I know CA & NY are no cheap proposition when it comes to taxes, but it could be quite different when it comes to charities. I do however notice one important factor: They all have sea ports.

That is exactly what I believe, seaports are usually located in busy heavily populated cities, so something like that wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb necessarily.

Correct imo, you mentioned Maine earlier, well primo spot, because of it's close proximity to Canada, but not only that, the state is heavily for-rested, so they could drop anywhere and go completely un noticed.

Something else to mention here, on many of these an address search produces interesting results as well. Seems as though, it's a charity, however looks more like holding houses, and then when you look up the earnings it seems to be spent paying salaries rather than donations.
