I can: Trump was on Rush's radio show in the aftermath of the failed attempt to repeal Obamacare. He said something to the effect of, "we had this, and then there was a man–I won't say his name–who gave thumbs down at 2 am and killed the deal."
So now no one in the administration says NO NAME's name. Period.
