Why?

Because they see the gods of their ancestors as protectors of their race, heritage, and culture, and they see Christianity enabling the jews to destroy their race, heritage, and culture.

The gods of their ancestors were all battle hardened warriors that would sacrifice everything to protect their people.

I wish I could say they were wrong, but they do make a good point.
