Q #1728 posted picture #1 here. That is Skunk Bay Weather Cam #3, and the layout of all 3 Skunk Bay Weather cameras is in picture #2 and can be seen here:

Based on the 3 options in this picture, it’s obvious that the camera used in Q #1728 is Skunk Bay Weather camera #3. Picture #3 is an edited version of picture #2 to show the possible area that the missile in picture #1 could be at. Picture #4 is an aerial view of the same area as the Skunk Bay weather camera layout picture #2.

After looking at the possible area where a missile could have been launched from, there are two options: (1) From a water vessel (2) From a silo. This is where pictures #5 though #8 come in. Look at that [pond]. Doesn’t it seem odd that there are no trees, houses, or roads immediately around it?
