This did not happen by accident. For any Industry to have a national impact it has to have supply lines, distributors, financing, accountants, manufacturers, prescribers to say it is complex is an understatement. Nothing in the opioid epidemic was left to chance. The by product of the opioid epidemic is a glut of unwanted children. That spells profits for many different industries both illicit and legit. Foster care has created an opportunity for sexual traffickers and for medical experimentation. It drives profits not only for the medical, legal, and also penal communities. I don’t even want to think about canibal, adrenocrome, organ trafficking, snuff yet we know. It’s heartbreaking, and so far who has been held accountable? Foster care and the opioid epidemic is a very touchy subject for the cabal. It is complex and these few links only scratch the surface.

In Montana, the number of children in foster care has doubled since 2010. In Georgia, it has increased by 80 percent, and in West Virginia, by 45 percent. Altogether, nearly 440,000 kids are spending this holiday season in foster care, compared with 400,000 in 2011.
The data points to drug abuse as a primary reason, and experts have identified opioids in particular. Neglect remains the main reason children enter foster care. But from 2015 to 2016, the increase in the number of children who came into foster care as a result of parental drug abuse was far greater than the increases in the 14 other categories, like housing instability, according to data from the federal Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System.

Think about that for a moment. The majority of underage victims of sexual abuse have been part of the foster care system, the very organization supposedly tasked with protecting them. This includes Child Protective Services (CPS), who has the authority to remove children from their families, and is well-known for corruption and child abuse.
It’s a tangled web of money, as foster kids are profitable for caretakers, and any states receive money from the federal government for each child in foster care. This breeds serious corruption, and foster care services have been known to give children to known sex offenders, and shockingly, hundreds of children just go missing each year from the foster care system.
