Okay Crosswordpuzzle/ phone fag here playing around with a possible decode for Q1847.

Get your pencils out and please forgive typos-all posted with my right thumb in an i6.

Only saw significant use of words when I saw the use of the words VERY IMPORTANT repeated at beginning and end of the last part of the post in almost palindromic fashion- which got my attention.

I only tried decode what I call the last 3 sections. First part: taking the capitalized words BIND POTUS SITU. (this part is the one I could use hep with- unless it is simply using the first letters, BPS?)

The second and third parts you might find interesting- maybe not. You can jump me at the end.

The rules I stumbled across by much playing with conversion of Capitalized words into Roman numerals. Upon finding that the first letters of some words did not overtly resemble a Roman numeral I found that some were ALL CAPS and some were just Capitalized.

Taking the phrase At WHO? I had a problem with the first word At because, as you will see, it could just be the first word of the sentence and not as an intentionally Capitalized word in the middle of a sentence.

Okay sorry keep telling you I was going to give the rules!

Use the first letter of a Capitalized word as is.

Next, for ALL CAPS words, if the letter resembles a Roman numeral use that. If it does not resemble a Roman numeral, use the first letter as is.

In the word WHO? the letter W is actuall double V or VV, which becomes 55 with a question mark after it. (ie 55?)

The 3rd part reads: Relationships, VERY IMPORTANT SHARING Is VERY IMPORTANT.

(The words Relationships are VERY IMPORTANT made me think maybe the relationship of the words could also be important. What is it to relate? To come together like 2 people? So I grouped any 2 Roman numerals together.

So the last grouping gives is the letter R, VI=6(6th letter F), S, I &I=2(2nd letter B), and V&I= 6( 6th letter F)

I came up with R(FSB)F.

Is Q saying we have 5:5 comms with the FSB in the Russian Federation, to prevent a false flag missile attack against them?
