In a German commentary section a commenter said that you can see a bright flash, before this high bridge collapses.

TY. Tried this, wouldn't open/ maybe too much traffic now.
Bridge seemed to be under heavy construction.
Maybe the structural design was too rotten to prevent this collapse.
I remember reading that this motorway was an important road between Genoa and France.
But Salvini tries to restrict migration while Macron (at least publicly) doesn't oppose migration.
Therefore "punishment" doesn't make sense here, imo.
