They all communicate thru central bots..like satan bot…id'ing the bots might eventually id the choads..or choadish networks…
We still have alot to learn about dimensions and how they work…and not claiming I know..speculative based on data/intuition. 4th dimension is similar to here…same "ratio" of positive/negative beings…negative being 4-6%…
The magic/BS/rituals THEY invoke here can and do engage folks in 4D…the negative/evil folks have a better system for contact and engagement than we do…and engaging and enlisting help can be useful and powerful for them…
But a positive system certainly exists…do you mediate? Pray? You are doing a positive ritual and honoring the 4D as well as other dimensions…you most certainly can ask, and will get help. The help will not assist you in any "soul" dilema's you have chosen, but certainly will help in other ways that will assist you.
BTW..there is no good/evil that is a false dichotomy to confuse…service to self (-) or service to others (+) is what that dichotomy reflects…
