Thinking about this last night. Perhaps this is COC and its being taken out? Quakes not too big but grouped like that over the amount of time has to have an effect?? Quite possible could be just a mitigated result of MI finally being able to take control…to say we should be seeing bigger ones in that area but since COC is comped we are seeing this level.

Concur. Old n'bor of mine who fled pretty much told me the same story several years ago. Had seen a Turkish consulate car at house 2x in early 2000's. Made sure I discreetly asked about it. Years later, specifically when the oil was being trucked by the sons let's say I was not surprised at all.
