In the most simple base case, shouldn’t anyone in WH admin (WH DoJ FBI CIA DoState) who was using personal gmail to send official gov’t and/or secure/classified info be indicted & prosecuted for at least those violations of law?
Why isn’t AG Sessions at least pursuing those obvious violations of law by convening grand jury to indict and prosecute each of the criminals at least in those undesirable illegal activities?

These would seem like open shut easy cases that would also send a clear message of what is and isn’t tolerated.
