Yeah, I was on a jury a long time ago and the defense didn't call any witnesses. The state's case was so bad we didn't have a chance to get our seats warm before deciding Not Guilty. Read in the local rag later that they were trying to get someone to flip on a local crime boss & it took 5 or so shit cases against underlings before they finally broke through.
