if he declines then the believe jury will hand or acquit
NO WAY they produce no case if they think they are cooked

i just read judge declined to rule so it will go to the jury unless there is a deal
mebbe so but if only a count of tax fraud its no big deal
he can spend a few months in club fed and go on with his life or luxury

if you are the poster of "fell on his sword" i do not agree with that - that implies he took one for the team
