this is hilarious-has anyone actually seen the Chicago river and know it's history? For one, it's forced to flow backwards. There is city litter in it and it was dumped in for over a century. On St Patrick's day they dye the river green. Street runoff goes into the river when it rains (every auto fluid known to man plus homeless sewage from lower wacker). And suddenly the AG is concerned about aquatic life in the river-ROTFLMAO
